Ann's International Dessert class at Whole Foods last night was terrific! Not only did we learn to make every delicious item mentioned above, but she also shared many tips and tidbits about baking in general and was a wealth of knowledge about cookbooks and food science. Her teaching style is relaxed and friendly, and there was lots of "hands on" time in the kitchen. Thank you, Ann!
